2018 National Sales Meeting
Problem:
Abbott had an imminent national sales meeting, and they didn’t have time or budget to outsource a kickoff video. It was a Thursday afternoon, and the finished video was needed Tuesday morning. Being the first national meeting following the rebrand to Abbott, senior management was intent on playing something professional and on brand to fire up the roughly 100 sales reps that flew in.

Solution:
We created a 1 min, 30 second intro video that embraced the Abbott voice and applied it to the Toxicology businesses. The end result was very well received by staff and the executive team—so much so that it is now being utilized for trade shows.
Execution:
My boss and I cleared our weekend schedules and teamed up to knock this out. He handled the text content, while I procured the footage and did all the audio/video production work. There were many texts and phone calls to get this done, and it was very well received.
