Problem:
Tour Resource Consultants is travel logistics firm with extensive experience in performance tours, leisure tours, and study abroad. Their website was poorly designed, and hard for them to update without relying on a developer.
Furthermore, upon establishing a tour for their customers, TRC was burdened by a heavily manual process to register tour attendees. They wished to provide their customers with not only an easy online method to register and pay for tours, but a resource addressing many travel topics and situations. Budget and timeline were tight.

Solution:
TRC hired a former colleague of mine to overhaul their website content, who in turn contracted me to handle all development. He built out the site map and optimized the content for SEO, then together we collaborated on the rest.
We provided TRC with an attractive, easy-to-update WordPress site with eCommerce functionality. Their registration intake process was much more efficient, and the site set them up as a real player.
Execution:
To make things easy for TRC to manage and to stay within budget, we opted for WordPress. This gave us a steady environment to work within, functionality that was already tested, and freed me up to modify the UI easily through CSS. WordPress enabled TRC to take the site and feel comfortable adding and updating content.
