Problem:
The Toxicology division of Abbott was using an antiquated online store. Administrative effort was complex and time consuming, while the user experience was lacking in many ways.
We needed to find a better way to handle online ordering in a scalable, efficient, and attractive manner.

Solution:
We worked hand in hand with an outside vendor to build a new and improved eCommerce site. This was a team effort, as it required a lot of planning, UI/CSS customization, image and content support, and integration with our SAGE inventory system.
We launched an automated campaign to excite current users of the new application, while driving adoption by new users. The demand quickly grew beyond our expectations. Customers flocked to this new system which dramatically cut manual order entries by Abbott sales staff.

Execution:
We utilized Adobe CC for the design and coding, and handled the landing page and email automation through Act-On. Sales support worked tirelessly on the integration, and the vendor did an impressive job building out the application to spec.
