Alere Toxicology was struggling with their cumbersome, outdated customer training portal. It was difficult to manage, eating up countless man hours for a forgettable user experience. Usage was stagnant, and Alere employees manually created certificates of completion to send out.
We needed something more nimble, scaleable, and much easier to manage.

Solution:
Learning XChange was conceived as a slim, scaleable LMS with simple delivery of training assets and the tracking and reporting of user activity. We also added the ability to partition clients’ users into groups with customized course offerings and UI.
Its objective was twofold: to streamline internal efforts and to ensure our products and services were utilized correctly.
With compelling content and solid design, this portal drastically exceeded our projections.

Execution:
Our small team worked with Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud applications for our self-paced training assets, and Adobe Premiere and After Effects for the video assets. We also successfully coordinated with vendors to complete work outside of our ability or workload.
