Physicians Business Network had provided business services to medical practices since 1982, allowing physicians to focus on patients instead of complex business and regulatory requirements. In 2010, they decided to update their online presence to emphasize people and relationships, and heavily leverage a “hub and spoke” approach.

Solution:
A former colleague of mine and I delivered a new site, utilizing interactivity and animation to differentiate it from competitors’ sites. Users were given more cohesive content, a much better experience, and performance was much better.
Execution:
We pitched a CMS site, but PBN opted for a budget-friendly static option. This site heavily utilized interactive flash elements, but didn’t rely on them. We added fallbacks in cases of support issues. The site used a bit of jQuery as well to round things out. Design and coding was all done in Adobe Creative Suite.
