Problem:<\/h2>\n

SoftVu has been helping clients with CRM and automated email messaging for over 15 years. As such, during my tenure we relied heavily on rich media to customize and streamline traditional business processes. SoftVu\u2019s customer base was growing, as well as the desire for their automated marketing and eBrochures.<\/span><\/p>\n

SoftVu hired me to augment their already-stellar team. Bandwidth grew, and customers continued to receive top-notch automated marketing solutions. We delivered a library of personal touch points for clients to keep their leads warm, including video, animated eCards. Most importantly, our ability to \u201cput a face\u201d on the message really set SoftVu clients apart.<\/span>\u2028<\/p>\n

The fact that the lead\u2019s own rates and assigned rep would hit their emails minutes after submitting a Lending Tree form was ahead of its time.<\/span><\/p>\n

I immediately got to work developing Flash eBrochures, where SoftVu technology fed the appropriate salesperson and data. These talking head videos were scripted, and the on-screen text was coded to fly in upon hitting markers in each rep\u2019s own pace.<\/span><\/p>\n

SoftVu had a talented team of application developers who handled SalesForce integration, and our small team of creatives used best practices to provide engaging content.<\/span><\/p>\n
